If you are good at literature you might answer this question effectively but many of us will answer as "I am feeling good". In a program, an instructor asked participants about how do they feel by attending the exercises used in the program, actually he was trying to take feedback from the participants. Participants explained in so many ways but instructor kept on interrupting the person about how do they feel. They use to pause for a while and say they are feeling good.
