Biggest misunderstanding in a relationship

APSARA KATUWAL DANGOL

People usually in relationship search about love, passion, sacrifice, commitment and many more. Demand and expectations are high. Though love exists in a relationship, some relationship doesn't exist for a short period of time also. So, what is the logic behind those relationships where two people commit to being together for every time but can't take a week-long distance? Though a couple manages to live together, a misery, torture is seen? It is not because they don't love but something lacks.

I guess the biggest misunderstanding in relationships we think the person whom we love is ours. We think she represents us or we represent himher. It is the biggest mistake. None can be of someone. A human being is not non-living things to whom we buy and it becomes our property.Heshe is free, free for everything. What can be done to end this misunderstanding? Some tips are listed down:

Don't search reason to fight:
We are human, small fights are normal, but control yourself to maintain a relationship. Try to understand the violent reaction, have a glass of water and find a cause of the violent reaction.

Don't call many times:
You have a cellphone, but it really doesn't mean to use for only one person.Heshe has a personal life.Heshe may want privacy in a relationship. Wait for them, to call you.

Have your own life:
Try to focus on your career. Your partner will love to have you as creative and independent in today's modernization.

Love and care:
Always love and care from your side and never expect anything from himher. If they truly love you, they will react the same.

Let him live hisher life:
Don't bargain for time. Let himher has time with his friends and family members. They too need their personal time to focus on their other relationship.

Buy gifts on a special day:
Let himher feel that they are special to you and they too will think. Have a memorable time with each other:

Every relationship doesn't sustain just because you spent more time but spent a few time making it memorable.

Behavioral approach in Clinical Psychology

APSARA KATUWAL  DANGOL Behavioral approach is based on the belief that behavior can be learned. It focuses on a scientific and objective method of investigation. It is also concerned with observable Stimulus-Response behaviors. This approach also focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behavior. Early theorist Ivan Pavlov discovered classical conditioning (associative learning). He conducted a famous study using dogs. It focused on the effects of a learned response to a stimulus. For example, a dog started salivating when it heard the bell. Here, the sound of the bell would symbolize the message of getting food. Another behaviorist, Edwar L. Thorndike discovered Operant Conditioning and later B.F. Skinner analyzed operant conditioning. It is based on rewards and punishment to shape people's behavior. Edward L.
