Aging is natural, Aging is beautiful

Every woman wants to look beautiful. Like in a fairy tale, she wants to be a princess. In real life, she tries best to keep herself beautiful using cosmetic and herbal products. She takes care of her every body part and she loves herself a lot. But soon when she gets married, she starts to realize the change in her body. The wrinkles in her forehead getting remarkable, dry skin, black spots or white patches and also physical changes in her fitness like gaining weight, loss of hair, skin problems and much more.




Slowly when she starts to learn responsibilities of being a mother and fulfilling all the stages of responsibilities, she forgets about herself. The journey starts to be more difficult and making her physically unfit. The changes in physical appearance also can create psychological disorders like dementia, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, delirium, etc. After many years, she starts to notice changes in her beauty.And in older age, she clearly can observe wrinkles around her face, and eye bags too.

Yes, aging is a natural phenomenon, but it is beautiful. Those wrinkles are the true sign that how you worked day and night honestly for fulfilling responsibilities by sacrificing yours. The choice was yours. The children today you see are capable on their own feet and starts fulfilling responsibilities. The grandchildren, they come to you saying Granny, Granny, with a big smile on their face. The chance to see your generation and see growing in your hands. The fellows who join you for dinner with their experiences in life and making you feel proud of what you did in early age.


Every phase has its beauty. Let it be childhood, adolescence, adulthood or old age. Every phase is about learning and especially old age is about sharing the experience about life and events of challenges, struggles, and achievement. But even in aging, one can remain beautiful like following fitness tips like drinking 3 liters water every day, being vegetarian, eating fruits, going for a monthly health check-up, regular exercise, maintaining relationships, etc.

So, even in aging, you can look beautiful. The most important thing you have to do is you need to be happy about how you passed the years with struggles by achieving what you had worked for.

It is also concerned with observable Stimulus-Response behaviors. This approach also focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behavior. Tribhuvan University was established in 1959 and other college came into existence.Four more colleges introduced psychology in the academic subject in intermediate and bachelor level in 1966. During the 1960s, Psychology grew slowly and outside Kathmandu Valley, introduced in two colleges. In 1980, Master's level course was introduced.At present, psychology is taught in eight campuses.
