-APSARA KATUWAL DANGOL

Human relations are amazing. Mother, Father, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, etc have made a chain of relationship. Every those people who try to be in relations tries to fulfill responsibilities. But still, relations values are not understood. Unless relation values are understood, there is very less chance to preserve peace, harmony in the family and in society.

For example, A man goes to the office in morning and he finishes his office work in the evening, then he has another part-time job to overcome. After his all work, he reaches home and finds his children and wife is waiting for him for dinner. Children want to play with him but he is tired. He can't talk nicely to his wife because he will be late for office tomorrow. This routine is followed till his life. Sometimes, conflict is small but it occurs daily.

This example is not just example. It is a story of every home. If a family member behaves as strange that it is sure that peace and harmony will be never at home. If we can change our behavior, we can still save our family from anxiety, depression, mood disorders. We can restore relation values.
  • Every morning, a couple can set a time for yoga or exercise.
  • Every family members having breakfast together.
  • Every call in the midday can assure care, love, and comfort.
  • Helping kids with their homework.
  • Playing simple games with kids like badminton, football, puzzles, etc.
  • Encouraging children for better work and talking nicely to the beloved one nicely.
  • Going for a family picnic every month.
  • Going for dinner every week in nice place.
  • Cooking together every day can release stress and add fun to life.
  • Trusting each other with positive values in life.
If you really want to blossom your relationship, ideas will fill your mind and you can try any but still, you are just conscious about earning a part, you need to think twice about keeping relations with others. Because bad relations are enough to destroy your life. Live happy by understanding relation values.

APSARA KATUWAL  DANGOL Behavioral approach is based on the belief that behavior can be learned. It focuses on a scientific and objective method of investigation. It is also concerned with observable Stimulus-Response behaviors. This approach also focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behavior. Early theorist Ivan Pavlov discovered classical conditioning (associative learning). He conducted a famous study using dogs. It focused on the effects of a learned response to a stimulus. For example, a dog started salivating when it heard the bell. Here, the sound of the bell would symbolize the message of getting food. Another behaviorist, Edwar L. Thorndike discovered Operant Conditioning and later B.F. Skinner analyzed operant conditioning. It is based on rewards and punishment to shape people's behavior. Edward L. Thorndike discovered Animal Intelligence. He found that punishment didn't weaken S-R connections but inhibited their expression. ...
