Coping with Paranoid Partner

In this complicated world, to win someone's trust is never easy. And when that particular person has a paranoid partner, things even go worse. Vocabulary.com defines Paranoid as an irrational and obsessive distrust of others. In such case, if a couple is unable to understand each other and help each other, the relationship can come to end cause everyday fuss can ruin the peaceful environment and one can't survive in compromise every time.


So, if you have a paranoid partner or unknown about its sign, here it goes:
1. He/she reads negativity in every interaction,
2. He/she can be suspicious in nature,
3.He/she is intensely jealous,
4.He/she can be secretive and can isolate,
5. He/she can be seriously aggressive and defensive,
6. He/she can't collaborate easily,
7. He/she holds grudges for a country,


When one is able to identify the signs that his/her paranoid partner, does love decrease? In many cases, it won't as there are many ways to deal and cope with a paranoid partner.
1. Help him/her to attend therapy, encourage most of the time.
2. Don't use an ambiguous word. Speak in a clear sentence. Don't let him/her think negative every time.
3.Listen to their feelings, don't misinterpret their beliefs.
4. Don't take them negatively. Instead look at their positive parts.
5. Keep your promises and make them believe, you are there for help.
6. Do take for counseling, therapy sessions and if needed take medications prescribed by a psychologist.

APSARA KATUWAL  DANGOL Behavioral approach is based on the belief that behavior can be learned. It focuses on a scientific and objective method of investigation. It is also concerned with observable Stimulus-Response behaviors. This approach also focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behavior.
