Gifting someone
Posted on November 12 by Apsara Katuwal
Sometimes gifting someone will make your heart delightful. You will feel that someone is happy with you cause they will feel you care about them, love them, and feel them a special part of your life. It's true.

You can gift flower, chocolate, doll, CDs, books, posters, frames, ………..there are many things you can gift to your friends, family and even to those whom You meet once a year.

Here I want to share what happened when I said I will gift him what he wants.

It was summer season. Making everything look dull. Juram was sitting behind, his tears were rolling down.

I asked this baby what happened to you. He kept silent. Maybe he didn’t want to talk with me.

Juram, look at here, I have found something. He said what ( with eagerness)?

Beautiful necklace.

Is that all? Please leave me alone, I want to be alone.

I said what happened to you? I think I can help you.

Are you sure? I lost my watch, it was my favorite Rolex watch. My father gave me on my last birthday.

Ok, I can help you if…………………..

If what………………….sis?

If you rub your tears I can gift you same watch for next birthday.

He hugged me so tightly. Actually, love is more important than the selfishness that one keeps in a heart. Your love can make somebody feel very happy.

Sometimes words matter and your care matters.Hope you will make someone happy.

Chasing the dream

Posted on November 11 by Apsara Katuwal

A dream is not only seen while closing eyes. We see it when we have imagined our life in focused thing. Let us wake up and see the potential of our dream. Our only work is to come into action.

There might be the feelings which may be on your closed note and it may hurt you anytime you open. What is the use of that memory which hurts You?

I meet with one brother who was very revolutionary in his thought. We knew each other when we meet in one college-oriented program. Then slowly we started sharing our private things.

He said he loves one girl whom he misses a lot but broke up with her.And it has been two years, but still, he loves her. I was shocked how can one wait for someone for two years. I felt he was joking. He said that he wanted to be a doctor because his ex-girlfriend wants him to become so as she is a nurse.

Days went on and I was busy at my school’s job so couldn’t be in contact with him.

Suddenly after a year I found him on facebook and got his new contact number.

I felt happy and I asked What are you doing?

He said he has written a new book. And he has again joined to secondary school as Science student so that he would be able to pass entrance exam of MBBS.

I was shocked. After three years, he did so. He clearly said he wanted to be a doctor and has believed in his dream.

That day I understood, time doesn’t matter if you believe in your Dream, your Destiny.

Later we see what can our soul do if we keep on devoting our time what dream we see.

Believe in your thoughts
Mind control that you have, has been utilized for other welfare generally. In any case, shouldn't something be said about your life and thoughts? You complete 10 - 5 work in others organization and lament for not having a recreation time for your family, relatives, companions and adored ones. You get attempted with your obligation and sit tight for a month to month salary.Neither you have time for your investigation nor you land advancement on what position you are doing? All in all, what's missing behind? Perhaps you think for doing your own however you may fear to lose your investment funds if your thoughts and plans don't work. Ultimately, you reason that it's smarter to complete 9 to 5 work instead of staying in one's thought which won't get succeed.

Truly, you accept or not, its instruction that doesn't give us a chance to complete a basic errand. Why? Since you have put heaps of sum to graduate in your examination. Assume you have a place with BBA, you are hunting down a proper activity yet you can't land right sort of position. At long last, you land a position only for a winning where your psyche and heart doesn't touch the workplace. Assume fortunately you get an installment of Rs 10,000 in your introduction, you may carry out the activity. Yet at the same time, you can't center around the things you are doing. You center around contrasting your life and your companions and neighbors who procure parcel than that of yours. In any case, your commitment is to stick to extremely work cause you can't do the errand which your heart tells as you are still in the perplexity that whether it works or not.

At long last, you squander your opportunity for others, welfare discharging your sweat and doing your diligent work. However, in the event that you had not advanced education, you would be allowed to do what you need. You could never contend with yourself, with your thoughts and plans. What's more, you wouldn't about what others will tell or talk.

In some cases, when I go to my school for some scholastic work, I run for tea with my senior companions in relaxation as they lean toward tea while we meet. Be that as it may, we don't go in enormous bistro as we feel great in Ram dai (name changed) Chiya pasaal. His Chiya pasaal is basic. He hasn't lease wherever in Baghbazar. He has a little space to put on his stuffs like stove, tapke, shisako gilaas, etc and in the free ground, his client sits tight for tea. He has taken contact from numerous workplaces where he consistently conveys tea to clients. When I was new to this place, I contended with my companion, is it where we will have tea? In any case, now at whatever point I come here to school I myself demand to have tea in Ram dai Chiya pasaal .

One day when I asked Ram dai, what number some tea does he offer in a day? He reacted me, no less than 500 containers. I was stunned. Truly? It was my inquiry to him. He clarified a significant number of his clients are understudies who have a place with schools and foundations, educators and for the most part his contacts in various workplaces. In one office least, he offers some tea in a day. However, he has reached heaps of workplaces like that in Baghbazar.

Presently, I began examining, why standard tea? The fundamental reason was tea was top notch and it costs just Rs 10. Just Rs 10? Again began reasoning, the amount he really wins in a day? 500 clients duplicated to Rs 10 equivalents to Rs 5000. Presently in a month? 30 days duplicated to Rs 5000 equivalents to Rs 1,50,000. One lakh, fifty thousand in least, I was extremely stunned. This Ram dai has not a scholarly capability, neither one of he goes in any workplaces to work. Be that as it may, he wins what a fine instructor can't gain in a month. He can care for his home, send his youngsters to the schools and can recognize where is his market.

Work is never little, individuals normally say however similar individuals contend for completing a little task. There are heaps of cases in our general public where individuals do their own sort of business. It truly works. Just you have to do is Believe in your thoughts.

Behavioral approach in Clinical Psychology

APSARA KATUWAL  DANGOL Behavioral approach is based on the belief that behavior can be learned. It focuses on a scientific and objective method of investigation. It is also concerned with observable Stimulus-Response behaviors. This approach also focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behavior. Early theorist Ivan Pavlov discovered classical conditioning (associative learning). He conducted a famous study using dogs. It focused on the effects of a learned response to a stimulus. For example, a dog started salivating when it heard the bell. Here, the sound of the bell would symbolize the message of getting food. Another behaviorist, Edwar L. Thorndike discovered Operant Conditioning and later B.F. Skinner analyzed operant conditioning. It is based on rewards and punishment to shape people's behavior. Edward L. Thorndike discovered Animal Intelligence. He found that punishment didn't weaken S-R connections but inhibited their expression.
