Sidewalk Talk (a listening project) in Nepal

 Apsara Katuwal Dangol  Sidewalk Talk  Sidewalk Talk is all about community listening project. Sidewalk talk is conducted to connect humans focusing on heart-centered listening in public spaces and welcomed all the emotions to be heard. Anyone who passes by the sidewalk talk can interact and keep their feelings to the listeners. During 2014, two therapists from San Francisco shared this vision. This vision mainly focuses on the art of skilled listening. Traci Ruble is the director of the Sidewalk talk. It was initiated from 26 colleagues who came up with a curriculum and model for listening to the people.  To bring this in practice, listeners set up chairs and signboards which helps people to know about sidewalk talk. On their interest, they are asked to share their feelings and all the emotions are sincerely welcomed.  Sidewalk Talk in Nepal  As it is practiced almost in 14 countries with 1700 volunteers in 40 cities, Nepal is also practicing this listen
